Finding competent and reliable babysitters used to stress me out. But over the years, I have learned to pick out the good ones.
Each time a babysitter applies, I make sure they submit a resume so that I could have a good starting point with them. Whether they are recommended by friends or family, it is a must that they submit a resume. The resume should contain basic personal information like address, contact number, educational background, and references. I take note of all the personal references and make time to call each one.
